Do you feel like you're not doing enough? Join the club!
Here's what I've learned from Tal Ben-Shahar's new book 'Happy Habits': one minute of mindful action, at a time, is enough to make a meaningful impact in your life.
Add to that the holistic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which paints the path between your emotions and physical body, and you've got yourself a winning combination to know which mindful action to choose.
Listen to this short episode to learn how. With Love,
Miri

I just LOVE having open hearted conversations with women who get it. And Lisa Tragenza get’s it!! She is a qualified trauma informed yoga teacher, intuitive life coach, holistic menopause coach, music therapist, NLP practitioner & business mentor.
Lisa has been practising yoga for over twenty-five years, having trained in hatha, vinyasa and yin. She fully embodies her unique style of Intune Yoga, embracing movement and mantra to support her and her clients through many life challenges.
Her philosophy of the healing journey stemmed from her own lived experience; discovering her vulnerability and strength on her yoga mat, releasing trauma through asanas, and then empowering herself by embodying affirmations. This is where her unwavering belief in the power of movement & mindset to heal trauma was birthed. Her curiosity to understand the science took her deep into study, crossing paths with world renowned teachers, who have strengthened her depth of knowledge, wisdom and compassion with her clients.
It was super interesting to explore with her on this episode how giving yourself regular moments to tune in, really does make all the difference, whether it’s in healing from trauma or getting ready to have a good day.
I hope you enjoy and reach out with your takeaways. Mirixox

In this episode I’m sharing some of the basic ideas behind a healthy digestive system, because like it or not, it affects ALL other systems in your body, and until it flows smoothly and without obstructions, like pain or bloat, you simply won’t feel as good as you think you aught to feel.
My friend Sheryl from ‘Why Weight Academy’ invited me as a guest speaker a couple of months ago to deliver a special class for her clients, and their favourite piece was the pooping champion.
The class was called The 3 Roadblocks On Your Weight Loss Journey According to TCM, and in this episode I’m sharing that part of it with you.

Zarina Del Mar is a movement specialist, wellness creator, and social media influencer with over 1.4M Followers who is transforming how we think about fitness, longevity, and self-care. She left a successful career as a tax lawyer to pursue her true calling: helping others unlock the healing power of movement.
In this special episode we talk about movement being a form of self-care and a way for you to have a daily dialogue with your body - rather than a burden or a punishment.
Our conversation reframes that mindset entirely. Movement is not about checking off a box or chasing aesthetics. It’s about getting to know yourself, because that’s the fastest path to self-love and self-respect.
Women in midlife often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to “do the right kind” of exercise: strength training, HIIT, running, etc. But what if the first step was simply moving your joints in circles each morning?…
I hope you enjoy this episode and remember to like it, leave a review and share on your socials. It really helps us to spread this super important message.

In this episode, I’m sharing a personal insight that came to me during a full moon meditation. As I sat by the fire and listened to a beautiful guided practice, I was reminded that letting go - whether it's old thoughts, habits, or emotions - doesn’t happen all at once. Just like trees take their time shedding leaves, we’re allowed to release things slowly, one stick at a time.
If you’ve been feeling frustrated with your healing or growth process, this is your gentle reminder to be kind to yourself. Change takes time. It’s a good thing.
Join our next Women’s Happiness Circle for a chance to connect deeper with our community and yourself, and remember to leave a comment about what it is that YOU’re letting go of these days.

In this episode, I have a beautiful, honest conversation with my friend Sheryl about staying motivated when life feels overwhelming. We talk about mindset, emotional eating, and how powerful it is to simply not do it alone.
If you’ve been feeling busy, stuck, or just a little low, I hope this reminds you: healing is not a perfect path, and is much MUCH easier when shared with someone who has the tools to support you. Because we heal together.

In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Shelly J., the inspiring woman behind Moms Who Flourish. We dove into the real meaning of self-care - not spa days or fancy treats, but the small, intentional choices we make every day to nourish ourselves. We talked about the power of community, learning to put ourselves first without guilt, and why it matters not just for us, but for our families too.I shared a couple of personal stories from my first pregnancies that truly shifted how I think about what I consume, how it affects me and how I communicate with my babies. This conversation left me feeling so encouraged, and I hope it does the same for you.Listen to us talk about taking intentional moments and understanding your natural energy patterns through the lens of Chinese medicine's five element theory on Shelly's podcast Words Of WellnessAnd follow her on IG under wellnesswithshellyj
